Our order process, tax handling, and invoicing are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
2. Refund Discretion
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed and handled strictly in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis.
3. Digital Content Exception
CerebrateX provides digital content and services with immediate performance. By subscribing to our paid plans and starting to use the premium features (including generating AI responses or exceeding free plan limits), you consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund (e.g., due to billing errors or major technical failures), you may request a refund by:
- Contacting Paddle support directly through your invoice receipt.
- Contacting our support team at support@cerebratex.com with your Paddle order number, and we will assist in escalating the request to Paddle.
