We use your data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the CerebrateX service. We do NOT use your private chat history or uploaded files to train our foundational AI models unless you give us explicit permission.

To provide our services, we rely on trusted third-party partners:
- Paddle.com: Acts as our Merchant of Record. They process all payments, subscriptions, and billing information. We do not store your credit card details.
- AI Model Providers: We route your prompts and document text to enterprise-grade API providers (such as Google Gemini or Qwen) for processing. These providers are bound by enterprise agreements NOT to use API data for public model training.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (e.g., HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure database practices for data at rest. Workspaces are strictly isolated, ensuring users can only access data they have been explicitly invited to.
